Megamix has been awarded a new project for the supply of ready mixed concrete to Masterpave Sdn. Bhd. for the Proposed Development of Sg. Rasau Water Supply Scheme (Stage 1), Selangor.
This contract will run for a duration of 24 months from October, 2022 to September, 2024, valued at RM 19,000,000.00.

Megamix has secured a project to supply ready mixed concrete to MHP3 Sdn. Bhd. for the Proposed Development of 2 Blocks of 42 Storeys (1688 units) Condominium know as Residensi MH Platinum 3 at Jalan Gombak, Mukim Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.
The contract is valued at Rm15,000,000.00 for a contract period of 3 years and expected to be completed in July, 2025.

The supply of ready mixed concrete to residential projects by Developer Skyworld Development Sdn. Bhd. comprising of few developments of affordable apartments and condominiums at Mukim Setapak, Kuala Lumpur has been awarded to Megamix in end-2021. These projects, in different stages of construction, are being undertaken by several contractors, namely Setiakon Builders Sdn. Bhd., Sri Binaraya Sdn. Bhd., Aneka Jaringan Sdn. Bhd. etc.
Megamix has been appointed the nominated supplier and a batching plant has been set-up at the on-site location.
These projects has an estimated contract value of RM25,000,000.00 and expected to be completed by February, 2025.

Megamix has been awarded a new project for the supply of ready mixed concrete to Kajima Sdn. Bhd. for the construction of Ajinomoto Factory at Bandar Baru Enstek, Mukim of Labu, Daerah of Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
This contract will run for a duration of 15 months from November, 2019 to January, 2021, valued at RM 4,250,000.00.

Megamix has entered into a contract with Shimizu Corporation for the supply of ready mixed concrete to their project titled Cadangan Meroboh dan Membina Semula Pembangunan 1 Blok Pejabat 19 Tingkat di Sekesyen 68, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
This contract validity is for the duration from August, 2018 to December, 2020 with an estimated valued of RM 4,500,000.00.

Megamix has successfully secured another water treatment project titled Loji Rawatan Kumbahan Serantau & Rangkaian Paip Pembetungan di Papan, Daerah Kinta, Perak – Pakej 2 STP.
This project is under the contract with Loyal Engineering Sdn. Bhd., valued at Rm18,000,000.00 and has a contract period of 3 years from March, 2018 to March, 2021.

Megamix has secured a new project to supply ready mixed concrete to WZR Porperty Sdn. Bhd. for their Proposed Commercial Complex Project at Kuala Terengganu.
The project is expected to complete by December, 2020 and has a contract value of Rm16,500,000.00. This will be Megamix’s first operation with an on-site batching plant in the State of Terengganu.

The supply of ready mixed concrete to a residential project (Platinum Splendor) comprising of 1 block of 33-stories (600 units) affordable apartment, 2 blocks of 33-stories (1,400 units) apartment with 5-levels podium car park at Mukim Setapak, Kuala Lumpur has been awarded to Megamix by Pembenaan Leow Tuck Chui & Sons Sdn. Bhd.
This project has a contract value of RM13,500,000.00 and expected to be completed by September, 2020.

Megamix has been awarded the contract of ready mixed concrete supply to the proposed Ibu Pejabat Felcra Bhd. Project at Jalan Semarak, Kuala Lumpur from WZR Property Sdn. Bhd.
The contract, with a value of Rm 25,000,000.00 is for a duration of 18 months, estimated to be completed in December, 2020. A batching plant has been set-up at Jalan Semarak to service this project requirement as well as some commercial orders in the vicinity areas.

Megamix has entered into a contract with Kajima (M) Sdn. Bhd. for the supply of ready mixed concrete to the AEON Nilai Project.
This contract is valid for a duration of 18 months from March, 2017 to October, 2018, valued at RM 12,000,000.00.
